Today I wanted to share my NEW workout routine with you! I started a 28 day program with some friends on Monday, and man it is kicking my butt! Literally, so sore I can barely walk.
The gist of my new routine is this:
Every other day you do a high intensity circuit, on the other days you do some low intensity cardio. And always have a rest day!
